Any recommendation for Chiropractor?

#firsttimemom currently at 14 weeks and experiencing sore shoulder, neck which sometimes leads to a bad headache. From what I understand, nobody will actually massage us before 20 weeks. I came across Orchard Health Clinic and they can help with upper body relief, it cost about $230. I am wondering if anyone knows this is the market price or is this on a high/low side? Also, any recommendation on Chiropractor for prenatal is much appreciated.

For prenatal chiropractic, $230 per session is on the higher end but not unusual for a clinic in the Orchard area, so it really depends on whether you prefer somewhere more central with that kind of setup versus a neighbourhood clinic which might be a bit more affordable. It is worth calling a few places to compare their prenatal experience and pricing before you commit, since finding someone you feel comfortable with matters a lot more at this stage. Do check that whoever you go to has specific experience with pregnant patients, especially in the first and second trimester, so you can feel confident they are adjusting their techniques appropriately for you.
