Since okay naman ang consistency ng poop (hindi hard or clay-colored, wala namang signs ng allergy), at normal ang pee output mo siya (around 10-12x a day), likely wala ka dapat alalahanin dito. The fuzziness and slight irritation during, yun normal lang, parang uncomfortable talaga for them kaya napapagalit. Ang importante, alert ka, responsive siya, at kumakain ng maayos pa rin, di ba?
That said, para sure and for peace of mind mo, worth checking with your pedia or midwife about her individual pattern, they know her best and makikita nila kung may else going on. But from what you're describing, sounds like normal baby variation lang!
