Sayang, perut sakit macam dicucuk-cucuk memang boleh jadi many things, tapi sebab ni sensitive, please go see your doctor or go to A&E kalau sakit parah or ada bleeding/demam. Don't wait okay! A few of us mums experienced different things, some kena gastric, some period cramps, some lagi serious, so kena proper check-up to make sure baby and you both okay.
