Back cramp

#firstbaby i am 5wks 2 days. But get mild back cramps on and off… is it normal or something to worry about. My doctor said, if tolerable thn only hot compress is enough for now.

Not worry about that, it is a normal for your pregnant. Just follow doctor's order and relax .
