Alah, takpa lah! At 7 weeks 4 days, some babies memang macam tu, ada hari muntah, ada hari okay je, especially kalau breastfeeding or formula feeding just started. A few of us noticed our babies like this jugak, macam on and off, so it's quite normal during those early weeks. Kalau baby alert, nappy wet, dan gaining weight okay, you're doing fine!
