Congrats sa 30 weeks, mama! Usually gatas starts coming in around 2-3 days after delivery, pero honestly it varies talaga, some of my mum friends got it right away, others took almost a week, so don't stress if it's not immediate. The important thing is that baby keeps latching and sucking pa rin kasi yan ang nag-trigger ng milk production, at stay hydrated at well-fed ka rin during those early days!
