Wah, twin pregnancy memang challenging, especially kalau ada yang songsang! Honestly, dari few mum friends I know, mostly yang ada twin songsang end up dengan C-section sebab doctor prefer the safer route for both babies lah. But a couple of them managed normal delivery, one of my friends' sister had twin 1 songsang tapi dia decide nak try normal, and the doctor agreed to monitor closely during labour, then twin 1 actually turned during contractions (bertuah!), so both came out normal. The thing is, it really depends on your doctor's experience with breech twin delivery and your pregnancy condition overall, some hospitals willing, some prefer scheduled C-section. Best you discuss openly dengan your OB about your preference and see if they're comfortable attempting it, especially since this is your first pregnancy. All the best, mak!
