Sebab baby yang fully breastfed boleh memang kadang-kadang tak berak berhari-hari (some of my mum friends' babies went 5-7 days without poo), tapi a week tu dah borderline, better check with your doctor just to be safe, especially if baby looks uncomfortable, his tummy keras, or dia tak gaining weight okay. Formula-fed babies usually should poo more regularly, so if yours adalah formula, definitely bring up with pediatrician.
