Sayang, stomach pain and loose motions in the first trimester memang common, tapi since you're worried and it's happening every night, better check with your doctor just to be safe, tak nak ambil risiko, kan? A few of my mum friends experienced something similar and turned out fine, but some kena gastric or mild food sensitivity je, so best to get checked out properly. Your baby is quite protected in there, tapi if the pain is severe or you're feeling unwell, jangan delay, go see your gynae atau GP ya. Hope you feel better soon, mama!
