Natry nyo na po bland food? Crackers, hardboiled egg, mga ganun po? Small portions lang po, no need to eat 3 meals a day, basta paunti unti lang throughout the day. Tapos stay hydrated po, take small sips of water lang, wag malalaking lagok para hindi nyo po maisuka. Watermelon is a good source of water po and can alleviate nausea. Better tell your OB din po na suka kayo nang suka so they can recommended a brand na minimal lang yung side effects, ano yung best time to take para di mo maisuka, and depende kung gaano po kalala yung pagsusuka, they might also be able to give you anti nausea.
