My first trimester is almost over. I've been dealing with a lot, from cravings for certain foods to the smell of things I don’t like, along with nausea and dizziness. Fortunately, I’ve managed to overcome those issues, but now I’m facing constipation. I’ve been eating the foods I want, but my stomach hasn’t been absorbing them well. Ugh! It's been difficult for me to go through this type of pregnancy. What is the best way to prevent constipation?
