Waking up super early or middle of night without reasons

Hi! First timer mom here, wondering if anyone have the same experience as me in early weeks of pregnancy wake-up at 6/7am and week7&8 wake up 3am for no reason....anything can help to sleep through the night?

Same here. At week 11 now and can't sleep through the night esp after waking up for toilet runs
