Mucus with blood discharge

This is the first time na nagka discharge ako ng ganito kadami. After I pee maliit lang na mucus na may blood ang lumalabas. Nagpa urinalysis din ako kasi akala ko I have UTI pero wala naman. I was scheduled for transvaginal ultrasound kaso wala pang available na ultrasound. It's my third day of taking duphaston as prescribed by the OB. Anyone who experienced this before? Is it normal?
