If you want to transfer, you'd need to ask your poly doctor for a referral to SGH instead, but I'd suggest going back to KKH for your next appointment and asking the docs there directly what they think is best for your situation before you decide, since they already have your medical history. My friend stayed with KKH throughout and had a good experience, so don't stress too much about the choice itself.
