First time mummy here. My 1 month old baby refuses to sleep at night - despite feeds, swaddles, diaper changes. He still cries through the night after 2am till 9am. Sometimes he just makes random sounds throughout the night (without crying). Husband and I have tried all we know to calm him down when he cries but to no avail. Need some suggestions/advice or tips/tricks to get him to sleep at night and for us to not lose our sanity.
