normally at work people are using wearable/handsfree pump.. most important is the right nipple size.. if you're not sure about ur size, you can walk into the shop that provides free pump testing, they can help measure your nipple size as well
spectra s1 the best for me. gentle yet does the job. chargeable batt. similar one will be cimilre s3 but need to plug in to use.
Might be good to use hegen pump if you’re planning to use their bottles, so you can save some time switching your feeding bottles.
