craving sushi please help me

Hi, first-time mum here. I am craving sushi. But I am scared to eat a bit. Can someone tell me if Is it okay for me to have a bit of it to fulfil my craving?

FTM here too. I was also worried about eating sushi. But I also realised there are many non-sashimi or non-raw choices of sushi! Was sooooo satisfied and happy after my sushi meal the other day. So yeah I suggest go for it! Just choose cooked ingredients 👌🏼
