Early labour at 33 weeks?

First time mum here. Currently 33 weeks. Can already feel baby pushing down on cervix and pelvis, increased braxton hicks contraction, and having loose stool for a few days now. Should this be of any concern that an early labour might be happening? Should I go to the hospital?
