Need To Change Teat?

As a first time mother I wonder why recently my baby setiap kali dia sucking botol susu dia punya teat, teat tu jadi penyek. Sebelum ni takde pulak. My baby is 2 months ++ old. Is it the sign that I need to upgrade the teats? Currently use pigeon SS teats. Opinion everyone?

As far as i know you have to change teats every 2 months.. hope this helps..
