First time mom po at 7 weeks pregnant, planning to remove rice on my diet po. Natatakot po kasi ako sa gestational diabetes and diabetes is very common in my genes po, should I remove rice for now po in my diet. Mostly ang cravings ko naman po is gulay and fruits like nilagang okra or stir-fry na kangkong.
Any advice po mommies.
