Is it okay not to eat rice?

First time mom po at 7 weeks pregnant, planning to remove rice on my diet po. Natatakot po kasi ako sa gestational diabetes and diabetes is very common in my genes po, should I remove rice for now po in my diet. Mostly ang cravings ko naman po is gulay and fruits like nilagang okra or stir-fry na kangkong. Any advice po mommies. #Needadvice #pregnancy

don't remove rice po, limit lang po ang intake, pag 7 mos na dun kana po magdiet, sa 1st tri kasi kelangan nang nutrients ni baby and mommy... ok lang mag rice basta wag lang pong marami...

for me. wag nyo po e remove ang rice. kasi need din nyan po for baby. lalo na 7 weeks ka palang nag dedevelop pa si baby. gawin nyo po. just eat 1 cup of rice every meal time.

mommy importante din ang rice, maybe opt for a different rice kung ayaw mo po ng white rice. need niyo yan ni baby lalo at 7 weeks pa lang.

hi, ganyan din po ako. we switch po to blackrice+quinoa para less guilt po and healthy pa para kay baby din po.
