Flu Proofing a Home

As a first time mom I panic sometimes whenever I see my son try to put something in his mouth, it might be dirt, tiny insect, etc. That is why I practice myself proper hygiene and disinfect my home. The webinar last May 18 was helpful. It has a lot of information and advices from the experts that can help me flu-proofing my own home. Here are a few of my takeaways from the webinar last Tuesday. In order to Flu-Proof a home you must: 1. 𝙂𝙚𝙩 𝙑𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙙 💉 as Dr. Cess mentioned in the webinar getting vaccinated is the single most important thing you can do to prevent flu. 2. 𝘾𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙯𝙚𝙨 🤧 the germs are believed to spread through droplets from the mouth and nose. I use tissue to cover my nose and mouth. Making sure when I am done I throw away my used tissues away immediately and wash my hands thoroughly. 3. 𝙒𝙖𝙨𝙝 𝙃𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙨 𝙍𝙚𝙜𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙮 👐🏻 💦 4. 𝘾𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙝𝙤𝙢𝙚 👣 Flu germs and viruses love to lurk on items you touch every day. 5. 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝𝙮 𝙝𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙩𝙨 🧘🏻‍♀️ Don’t forget the power of having a healthy lifestyle to fight off any illness. 𝘼𝙡𝙬𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝙠𝙚𝙚𝙥 𝙞𝙣 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙, 𝙑𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙗𝙤𝙙𝙮 𝘼𝙡𝙬𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝙏𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙀𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙨 #TeamBakuNanay #ProudToBeABakuNanay #VaccineWorksForAll #HealthierPhilippines #AllAboutBakuna
