Question: Spotting

First time mom here and I am 21 weeks and 1 day pregnant. I went to restroom just to pee and I was shocked when I saw my underwear with blood which it scares the out of me (i'll just drop the photo below). Is there something I should worry about? My ob is not replying to me for days. Now.. I'm being paranoid. I badly need your help :(

ngka bleeding din ako nung 7weeks pregnant plang ako almost 2 weeks ako nag bleed nun niresetahan lang ako nun ng isoxilan then sumaskit dn puson ko nun advice sken lagyan ko ng mataas na unan balakang ko sa awa ng diyos wala nman nging problema super likot na ni baby nung last ultrasound ko, better mgpa check up ka na to make sure if everything is ok kse any bleeding or spotting is not normal
