Hi. First time mom here and exclusively breastfeeding. Ive been using disposable breastpads since I started nursing my lo. Is it really necessary? Or pwede na yung bra lang talaga? Pano pag ngleak ung kabilang breast while brestfeeding from the other breast? Ok lang sa bra lang tumulo?
