Exclusive Breastfeeding (Delay ang regla)

First time mom here. Exclusive Breastfeeding po ako. Normal lang bang d or delay reglahin ang exclusive Breastfeeding. After ko po manganak may mga discharges po ako until nag 3 months baby ko ne regla po. Feel ko regla na po yun kasi madami na pong dugo. Yun po last regla ko. After din nung malakas na dugo or regla wala na akoang discharges. Tas ngayon higit 1 month na ako d ne reregla/ or bloody discharges. nag pt ako twice puro negative naman.. normal lang po ba ito or kailangan ko na.mag pa check?

Oo, totally normal yan mama, especially with exclusive breastfeeding, marami sa amin na nagbreastfeed exclusively, ang regla namin ay delayed o irregular for months, sometimes up to a year pa! Kasi yung frequent breastfeeding talaga ay nagsupppress ng hormones na nagtatrigger ng menstruation, so it's your body's natural way. Since negative ang PT mo twice and you're not having any pain or weird symptoms, you're probably fine, but if you're worried or if you do get spotting na parang abnormal, why not swing by your OB lang para sa peace of mind? One of my mum friends didn't get her period for 8 months while exclusively breastfeeding, then it came back on its own, walang problema. For now, I'd say relax lang, but if something feels off sa body mo, better safe than sorry talaga!
