First vomit

Hi mum, sounds like your stomach really just suddenly “gave way” there, especially after a heavy meal. It can happen sometimes from food that didn’t sit well, eating too fast, or even just a random stomach bug starting up. I would just rest a bit, sip water slowly, and avoid heavy food for the moment, see how you feel over the next few hours. If it keeps happening, or you start getting fever, stomach pain, or can’t keep fluids down, then better go see a doctor okay.
