Can jaundice goes up within 3 months?

First time hearing this. Was being asked to suntan baby for 3 months and on the light at night even tho jaundice level has lowered down to 111. Anyone experienced it?

never heard it go back up.. always going down. just brought my baby to check her result was 107. dr was v confident it will be lower at her next appointment
