Which week am I now?

This is my first time getting pregnant and I am confused by the number of weeks i am in now. Lets say the first day of my last period was on 16th oct, and i just got tested positive, which week am I in now? Thanks in adv!!

Can be 4th can be 3rd cs sometimes using last month period can be inacurate bcs of late ovulation
