kkh delivery

first pregnancy at private hospital. planning to do antenatal checks at kkh for the next one to save a bit (I can claim) because switching back to private when able to get package. how does kkh works? if I want kkh private. do I call and book appt or? because for private clinic, will be just call clinic to get appt
