Pregnancy

Is it normal

This is my first pregnancy and in my week 6 of my journey. I have lost my appetite. I do not feel like eating anything nor drinking. I have alot of air in my stomach, been vomiting “air”. It feels terrible and is making me lose my appetite. is this normal ? This discomfort is giving me all kinds of anxiety.

Yeah very common, I think it’s part of morning sickness! I started losing my appetite at week 6 too but my advice is just to “force” yourself to eat something. I always drink milo/milk when I feel this way, empty stomach makes it worse. So before I feel the “air”, I take some food first. Oh you can try eating breakfast cereal, that helped me a lot
