Milk during pregnancy

Hi! First pregnancy here! I would like to know what milk you ladies drink while pregnant? Thank you!

Didnt drink because it made me nauseous.

Fresh (pasteurized) milk. :)

I drank similac strawberry yogurt

Dissolve in cold or lukewarm water. Hot water will make it clump
