It's completely normal to feel this way at 20 weeks, especially with your first pregnancy, and honestly so many of us have been exactly where you are right now. The anxiety is real, but not feeling movements yet at this stage is actually quite common too - some mums don't feel them until 22-24 weeks, and it doesn't mean anything is wrong. I'd definitely bring up all your worries at your 20-week scan appointment because that's what your doctor is there for, and seeing your baby on the screen often helps ease some of that fear in a way nothing else can. In the meantime, try to limit how much you're reading those stories online because they tend to pull you into a spiral that's not helpful for your peace of mind. Remember that most pregnancies progress beautifully, and you're doing everything right by showing up for your appointments and caring so much.
