Hello, first day to wear binder, and I find it hard to release gas. It feels like it goes back up, not out. Did C-section If I want to unwrap the binder for the night everynight would it 'bounce back' the uterus/ organs?
No laaaa ,mummy don't stress you will lose weight automatically if you are breasfeeding personally i prefer strict diet and slow walks,i got my binder from Lucky plaza from the doc its really comfy😊
