Vegetarian mum gave birth in SG hospitals.
My first child was child was born in TMC but the OBG i went to is really very old , thinking to change hospital but im unsure of the special diet support they have in hospitals. Wondering if anyone has any feedback / experience which hospital is better?

Honestly, most hospitals here will accommodate vegetarian requests if you inform them early, but the quality and variety can vary quite a bit, some mums found the hospital meals a bit plain and repetitive, while others were happy enough with it for the few days they stayed. The bigger consideration is really your postnatal confinement meals at home, since hospital stay is only a few days anyway, and that is where a lot of vegetarian mums struggle more. There are dedicated vegetarian confinement meal services out there that specialise in warm, postpartum-friendly menus, so that might be worth looking into separately from your hospital choice. For the hospital itself, I would say focus more on finding an OB you are comfortable with and the general care standard, the diet part is manageable with some advance planning on your end.
