I am so nervous

this is my first baby... and my due date is very near 10/05/19 . I don't know anything about how to push or what to expect all i can think right now is how much will the pain be. any advice?

im trying too but right now i keep having like fever due to the hot weather...even i drink a lot of water and rest I keep get tired...but i will take your advice to be chill and not thingking so much ...hehe thanks
