3rd trimester

At my final trimester , get so tired and breathless each day. How do one juggle chores and 2 kids. Having own home really never ending job of chores. I feel useless as i am stay at home mom with 2 preschool kids yet can't seem to make the house clean enough. Always looking messy after cleanup.
