Fever, cold and throat infection in early pregnancy, can it cause any affects/ neural tube defects

Fever in early pregnancy says it sometimes affects foetus, i have fever with throat infection and severe cold as well and my doctor prescribed Flexon, Azithral 500 and Relent. Can someone pls help with if these are going to affect the baby in anyway medicines and illness
