Hello fellow mummys! I've spotted these tiny bumps on my baby girl's adorable cheeks about a week ago and I thought they could be caused by her drools (she's drooling quite a bit since she's teething). I thought they would go away in a few days BUT they didn't!
They don't seem to cause any discomfort in my baby otherwise. Any idea what they are?
