Which nasal aspirator and baby thermometer to prep for newborn arrival??

Hello fellow mummies, ftm here, can recommend me which brand nasal aspirator/baby thermometer to prep for bb arrival? TIA!

I’m currently using pigeon for both (nasal aspirator tube type). If budget is not a concern, can try lollababy aspirator.
