When check amniotic fluid?

Hello fellow mummies! Just curious does the gynae check the amniotic fluid level at every scan? I have never heard my gynae mention it, but only the growth of my baby at every scan. How do i know my fluid level is normal? Im 18 weeks now.

Yes they do, via the scan. If they never mention = no issues. Mine only mentioned at week 40 that amniotic fluid was low and was asked to induce on the same night.

Can always ask them whenever they do ultrasound. Usually 20 detailed scan & 28th growth scan but if gynae never raise anything means its good

My mantra during pregnancy, no news is good news, but you can always ask your gynae whatever you have in mind.
