Hi fellow GDM mummies, for the supper time sugar testing, should I test it one hour or two hours after? And the range must be at which range? Pre meal (below 5.5) or post meal (below 6.6)? Thank you in advance. ?
Supper to be taken 1hour after post dinner meal. Should be betweek 5.5 to 6.6 mmol
