I was like that too during my 1st tri but I'll still rest on bed as much as I can. Hang in there ok! This phase will subside when you enter your 2nd tri but depends on individuals. I'm on my 3rd tri now and facing the same issue again.

I had the same issue. So I nap often. Cos I can’t get into deep sleep esp at night. I take nap to cover the loss n to rest be it 1 or 2 hrs.
