Feel queasy throughout the day especially more so when hungry... wake up will feel like vomiting. Can share remedy ?

I found smelling certain scents to be helpful - lavender and mint particularly. Even the vicks inhalers or tiger balm oil worked. I also would chew or suck on ginger slices.
