I’m at Week 19 for my 2nd pregnancy and still have not felt anything yet. Yours is 1st pregnancy? Will be between Week 16-25. It feels like gas popping then it’ll gradually become more significant. At first you won’t even notice it cause you’ll be confused if it’s just gas or something else.
