I had the same package but different brand. I prefer flakes more than powder esp when I add it in my meal, usually on top of rice. Maybe because I prefer to have it still malungay-looking and don't feel awkward about having a green powder mixed in your food (except matcha! hehe). Nevertheless they're both helpful in giving boost to my milk production. You just need to be creative enough on how you add them in to make sure you'll be happy than sad of what you'll be eating. ;)
