Maraming doable exercises sa youtube for that. Even sa instagram :) you can prevent it during pregnancy by doing diaphragmatic breathing exercises everyday. Tapos post partum saka mo gawin ung diastasis recti exercises :)
Try to check with ur ob mommy kasi may mga exercises for diastasis recti pero right after postpartum period po, medyo matagal na kasi bago nyo nalaman.
