Self-test glucose reading

Failed my 1hr glucose reading today by 0.2. Have to monitor at home but only for the 1hr reading after food consumption. What is the threshold or cut off reading?

I remember mine was < 5.3 for premeal reading. < 7.8 for 1h post reading and < 6.7 for 2h post reading

your gynae/nurse should have advised you on the reading
