eat what you can. When Im nauseas, I tell myself I will eat anything I crave gor that way I can at least stomoch down food..Dont skip meals, it will make nausea worse. anoter tip is to make ginger lemon honey tea

Same I am feeling nauseous almost everyday, even lying down I feeel my acid reflux I have t drag myself to manage my 2yo toodler and work daily.
