Hi, I totally understand...I had it too but let me assure you first of all that the pain goes away soon after delivery :). To feel better now, do your Kegel exercises regularly. These target your pelvic floor muscles. Squeeze and lift your pelvic floor muscles (Imagine that you are stopping the flow of urine mid-stream), hold for 10 seconds, then relax. Repeat 10 times. Try to do 3-4 such sets every day.
