pain
experiencing pubic bone pain in the last few weeks till now. hurts when getting out of bed, getting in/out of car, sitting on toilet bowl for long. 38 weeks currently. help! ?

I hv been experiencing it since 2nd tri on my left side. When i entered 37 weeks, left side seems to heal but now it started with the right side😔getting frustrated. Yoga can help with mobility but wont eliminte the pain. Talk to your doctor
